Acne treatment includes to stop smoking

Tip 4:  STOP Smoking

Stop smoking and avoid places where you can be exposed to smoke.  Smoking is one of the habits that can really speed up the aging process.  It’s actually worst than drinking alcohol because not only will it cause cancerous cells to develop in our lungs, but the smoke itself is really bad for our skin.  A smoker’s skin is more exposed to pollution and ash debris – which can block our pores causing zits, and stripping our skin’s moisture supply.

Skin experts attribute the development of premature wrinkles to smoking, and there are even studies suggesting that people who smoke are ten (10) times more likely to develop wrinkles before they reach their late 20’s.  Smoking is discouraged not just because of its harmful effects on our body but also because of the damaging effects it has on our skin.  So the next time to feel the urge to light a cigarette, always remember that you can look hotter when you’re 50 if you don’t.

By stopping smoking your skin will look better and it will get easier to implement other acne treatment .
